Stettler's Festival of Lights Wraps Up

After an action packed week of bidding, buying, crafts, dessert, tea and music the Festival of Lights has come to a close. Stettler truly is a generous community with over an estimated $50 000 raised for Palliative Care Beds and Overhead Lifts for continuing care at the Stettler Hospital and Care Centre.On Tuesday November 23rd the Festival of Lights opened to the public at Noon followed by a Night with "Dessert First" which sold out. The week continued with a Senior's Tea, "Sounds of the Season" Wine & Cheese and a Kid's Day on Friday. Saturday night marked the end of the 13th Annual Festival of Lights with the Gala Dine and Dance with 250 attendees. Congratulations to the Festival of Lights Committee and Thank you to the 300+ volunteers and those who attended the event!
